Marquee metal channel letters are made from Painted Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass and (Corten) Steel. Stainless steel can have the surface finish matt, brushed or mirror. Paint colors for aluminum can be chosen from RAL Classic and Pantone Solid Coated color swatch. The color options for stainless steel are silver, gold, anthracite and bronze. Default used Stainless Steel is AISI 304 (1.4301). In case of usage near sea side optionally AISI 316 (1.4401) is available. Brass and Copper can be left as natural, or varnished, which is highly recommended against corrosion. Extra treatments like antique look or brush look can be made with matt or glossy varnish after treatment. Rusted look with Corten Steel or standard Steel can be caught with special treatment to surface.

Bulbs used for illumination are 12V, 24V, 220V Led Bulbs, Edison Bulbs. The sizes of the bulbs may vary. By Edison Bulbs the light color is warm white around 3000K. By LED Bulbs the LED color is cold white (around 6500K) and warm white (around 3000K). The bulbs may be dimmable or not dimmable. Please mention in your requests if you especially require dimmable bulbs. LED Bulbs have a smooth and even light intensity. Led Bulbs have different shapes like globe, ellipse and round. Edison Bulbs have different shape and sizes. The type of bulbs can be determined according to the shape of marquee letters.

Back of letters are made from aluminum back plate.

The installation is followed by screwing the body part to wall and then the front cover to the body.

Minimum beam thickness of letters can be 50mm. Depth may vary depending of the choice of the bulb.

Based on the request, the letters can be sent mounted on a frame (rail) or aluminum case.
